AI Recruitment Platform.
Two portals, one data model. Recruiters get a pipeline board and screening automation; candidates get applications, salary context and matches. Both read the same records, which is what keeps a candidate status meaning the same thing on both sides.
Resumes are parsed with NLP into structured skills and history rather than stored as blobs, which is what makes matching and filtering possible at all.
First screening rounds are automated so a recruiter opens a shortlist instead of an inbox.
Built on Next.js and TypeScript over Node, Express and MongoDB.
